Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. is seeking a Parts Supervisor to support the company's operations by ensuring that all necessary parts and materials are efficiently sourced, inventoried, and distributed. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills who can work collaboratively with field teams, vendors, and internal departments to maintain the flow of critical supplies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts and materials for accuracy and quality.

- Maintain accurate inventory records using company-approved software and systems.

- Source and order parts from approved vendors, negotiating pricing and delivery schedules as needed.

- Monitor stock levels and proactively reorder items to prevent shortages or delays in operations.

- Organize and maintain the parts warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and accessibility.

- Prepare and track outgoing shipments, returns, and warranty claims.

- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation of discrepancies.

- Ensure all returned or warranty parts are properly tagged to recover full credit from vendors

- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding the purchase, installation, and disposal of parts and fluids.

NOTE: These duties listed are meant to describe the general scope of the work. Other duties may be assigned based on business needs within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5 years of experience working with Heavy Equipment parts.

- Previous experience in a parts, warehouse, or inventory management role, ideally in the construction or heavy equipment industry.

- Strong computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

OTHER:

- General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, and bending.

- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. as needed.
